Our office provides on-call service for emergencies. Call so that the physician on call can be contacted.
WellnesswithNPShan is not an emergency medical service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. Do not wait for a telehealth appointment or message response for urgent or life threatened concerns.

Billing
Wellness with NP Shan is a private-pay practice and does not accept or bill insurance. Payment is due at the time of service.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Zelle. Patients are responsible for all charges.

With the exception of serious emergencies, it is expected that you keep all of your appointments. If you need to reschedule an appointment we require 24 hours notice. In such a case, please call our office and arrange for a make-up appointment with one of our patient care coordinators.

Cancellation
With the exception of serious emergencies, it is expected that you keep all of your appointments. If you need to reschedule an appointment we require 24 hours notice. In such a case, please call our office and arrange for a make-up appointment with one of our patient care coordinators.
We understand that schedules can change. We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for cancelations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice or missed without notice may be subject to a $50 cancellation/no-show fee. This fee is the patient's responsibility and must be paid before scheduling another appointment.
